This week, Wineswanclub welcomes a new Champagne: theM. Hostomme house, located in Chouilly, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.

A family estate for several generations,Mr. Hostomme produces precise and expressive terroir-driven champagnes, predominantly made from Chardonnay Grand Cru grapes. Each cuvée reflects meticulous work, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, with controlled aging and always perfectly balanced dosages.
