The 2025 Chablis provides a fresh and expressive introduction to the estate. Its notes of green apple, lemon, flint, and almond accompany a balanced, mineral, and refreshing palate.

The 2023 Chablis Premier Cru Montmains stands out for its suppleness and breadth. Sourced from south-facing vines on the left bank of the Serein river, it reveals nuances of ripe and dried fruits, along with a lovely richness on the palate.

Deeper and more complex, the 2023 Chablis Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre combines minerality, floral finesse, and generosity. Its iodine and spicy profile evolves toward an elegant finish with notes of toasted bread and hazelnut.
