Les Justices: six organic vintages from the Loire Valley

Discover Les Justices, the estate founded by oenologists Sophie Kurdziel and Clément Maire. From their cellar in Varrains, they craft honest and authentic wines from hand-harvested organic grapes, using indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention.

The selection brings together two whites, three reds, and a maceration wine. Juste 2024 expresses the tension of Chenin on the limestone soils of Saumur, while La Guerrière 2023 combines freshness, roundness, and salinity.

La Bamboche 2024 offers a fresh and fruity Cabernet Franc. Palsambleu 2023 reveals the character of the Poyeux plot, while Les Justices 2023 comes from the estate's historic plot, planted with Cabernet Franc in 1947. Finally, Sanguine 2024 is a light and thirst-quenching maceration wine, made primarily from Grolleau Gris.
