Abbaye de Pierredon Initium is an organic red wine from the IGP Alpilles, 100% Merlot. This wine reveals aromas of black fruits, cocoa and scrubland. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, with a beautiful acidity and notes of precious wood. Ideal with a leg of lamb with olives or a roast woodcock.
