Aikan Whisky Extra Collection

Aikan Whisky Extra Collection is a blended Scotch whisky that combines traditional whisky craftsmanship with the tropical influence of Martinique. After an initial aging of at least three years in Scotland, it continues its maturation for two to four years in the Caribbean climate, particularly in casks that previously held old agricultural rums and in French oak barrels.

This double maturation gives it a rich, woody, and spicy profile. The nose reveals notes of cocoa, marzipan, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut, and dried fruits. The palate, deep and structured, develops flavors of chocolate, malt, tobacco, and nuts. The finish is particularly long and dry, marked by caramel, coffee, spices, and a pleasant vegetal freshness.
