BM 10 Year Old is a French single malt whisky crafted by Bruno Mangin in the Jura region. Aged for ten years in oak casks that previously held Vin Jaune, it embodies a unique style, marked by the richness of the Jura terroir. The nose opens with aromas of walnuts, dried fruit, honey, and vanilla. On the palate, the texture is full and elegant, with flavors of hazelnut, baked apple, caramel, and a touch of spice. The finish is long, persistent, and slightly oxidative, typical of the influence of the Jura casks. An original and refined whisky, a reflection of French audacity.
