Cadet of the Red Begude

Cadet de La Bégude Rouge is an elegant and structured wine, produced from the high-altitude vineyards of Domaine de La Bégude. This Bandol red showcases the full richness of Mourvèdre, the emblematic grape variety of the appellation, combined with other Mediterranean varieties for a perfect balance between power and finesse.

On tasting, it reveals an intense nose with aromas of ripe black fruit, garrigue, and sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is ample and generous, with a beautiful tannic structure and a long finish marked by notes of licorice and cocoa.

This red Bandol pairs perfectly with grilled meats, a leg of lamb with herbs, spicy dishes or mature cheeses.
