Champagne Cattier Brut Millésime 2016 Premier Cru is a balanced and generous cuvée, crafted from almost equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. After more than seven years of maturation on lees in the House's cellars, this champagne reveals beautiful depth while retaining the characteristic freshness of the vintage.

Its golden color with amber reflections is adorned with a fine and elegant effervescence. The nose unveils aromas of cherry, fresh strawberry, pomegranate, blackberry, and blueberry, complemented by nuances of melon, dried flowers, orange blossom, and blond tobacco.
