Champagne Billecart-Salmon Le Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is an Extra Brut cuvée crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from four Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The blend of two vintages, complemented by 20 to 50% reserve wines, benefits from five years of aging on lees.

Its luminous golden hue with green reflections is enlivened by a fine and delicate effervescence. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, brioche, and fresh butter, accompanied by a very pure mineral expression. On the palate, the creamy and chalky texture reveals aromas of fresh almond, cédrat, and citrus. The long and precise finish is distinguished by its freshness and delicate salinity.
