Champagne Drémont Marroy Blanc de Méandre

Champagne Drémont-Marroy Blanc de Méandre is an organic Extra Brut made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier. This cuvée from the 2022 harvest expresses the calcareous, sandy, clayey, and alluvial soils of the Marne Valley.

Vinification and eleven months of aging on fine lees are carried out 15% in 450-liter demi-muids and 15% in an ovoid concrete vat. The nose reveals vanilla, fresh almond, frangipane, and brioche. The palate combines liveliness and suppleness, with notes of pear, tangerine, and stewed fruits. The finish is fresh, delicate, and persistent.
