Champagne Drémont Marroy La Lierie

Champagne Drémont-Marroy La Lierie is an Extra Brut blending 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Its blend is based on 85% of the 2021 harvest, supplemented by 15% reserve wines from 2020.

Thirty percent of the cuvée is aged in oak barrels of 220 to 600 litres. The absence of malolactic fermentation preserves freshness, while ageing for at least three years on lees brings richness and length. The nose combines ripe fruit with spices and vanilla. The palate reveals plum, mango, and ginger, before a long, mineral, and taut finish.
