Champagne Drémont-Marroy Les Rosiers 2020

Drémont-Marroy Les Rosiers 2020 Champagne is an Extra Brut rosé from a single plot, made from two old parcels: "Les Princes Sous le Bois" and "Sous le Saint Faron". Meunier, vinified as a white wine, accounts for 84% of the blend, complemented by 16% Pinot Noir, vinified as a red wine.

After at least 45 months of aging on laths, this rosé presents a ruby color animated by fine bubbles. The nose reveals morello cherry, cherry pits, and a delicate nuance of brandy. The palate is crisp and fleshy, with flavors of cherry, blueberry, blackberry, and blackcurrant.
