Champagne Marquis de Marillac Brut

Le Marquis de Marillac Brut Select Champagne is a non-vintage cuvée made mainly from Pinot Noir, complemented by Meunier and Chardonnay. Pinot Noir provides its structure and vinosity, while Meunier enhances the fruitiness, and Chardonnay brings freshness and finesse.

Vinified in stainless steel tanks then aged for 24 to 36 months on lees, this champagne has a pale gold color animated by fine effervescence. The nose reveals aromas of ripe apple, pear, citrus, and white flowers, accompanied by notes of brioche, lightly toasted bread, and hazelnut. The palate is round, fresh, and balanced, with a clean and elegant finish.
