Caraguilhes Castle, Solus

Château de Caraguilhes Solus is a powerful and expressive red wine, produced biodynamically in the Corbières appellation. Made entirely from Syrah grapes, this wine reveals the full intensity and depth of the schist and red clay soils of the Fontfroide massif. The nose is rich, with aromas of ripe black fruit, violet, black olive, and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is dense and silky, with smooth tannins, flavors of blackberry, pepper, and licorice, and a long, warm finish.
