Chateau Montus XL Madiran

Château Montus XL is an exceptional red wine from the Madiran appellation, produced by Alain Brumont. Made from the Tannat grape variety, this wine is aged for 36 to 40 months in 600-litre tuns, reminiscent of ancestral methods. It has a deep colour and reveals complex aromas of black fruits, spices and woody notes. On the palate, it is powerful, structured, with silky tannins and a beautiful length. This wine for laying down goes perfectly with red meats, dishes in sauce or mature cheeses.
