Pepusque Castle Labell'isa Christophe Urios

The "Labell'isa" vintage from Château Pépusque, owned by Christophe Urios, is an AOP Minervois rosé wine. Made mainly from Grenache, it has a bright pale pink color. The nose offers delicate aromas of fresh red fruits and white flowers. On the palate, the attack is lively and fruity, followed by a beautiful roundness and a refreshing finish. This elegant rosé is ideal with summer salads, grilled fish and Mediterranean dishes. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
