Composed of 65% Syrah, 20% Carignan and 15% Grenache, it has an intense, deep ruby ​​red color. The nose is very aromatic, with notes of fresh grapes and small red fruits. On the palate, it offers a crisp intensity on ripe fruit, with a beautiful length. Aged for 5 months on fine lees in concrete vats, this wine is ideal with cold meats, grilled red meats and cheeses.
