Château Pepusque Instinct Christophe Urios

The "L'Instinct" vintage from Château Pépusque, owned by Christophe Urios, is an AOP Minervois white wine. A blend of 50% Roussanne, 40% Marsanne and 10% Vermentino, it has a bright yellow color with golden highlights. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. On the palate, the attack is lively and fruity, with a nice roundness on the finish. This wine is ideal with monkfish, oysters or vegetarian dishes. Serve chilled at 12°C.
