Chêne Bleu Abélard is an exceptional red wine, made from a blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah. This wine reflects the richness of the high-altitude terroirs of the Vaucluse and the expertise of Domaine Chêne Bleu in crafting exceptional wines.

Its deep garnet color heralds an intense and concentrated wine. The nose reveals complex aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by spicy notes, licorice, and leather. On the palate, the attack is ample and powerful, with silky, well-integrated tannins. The evolution is marked by a beautiful depth and a long finish with hints of cocoa and garrigue.

This wine pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, leg of lamb with herbs, duck breast with red fruit sauce or mature cheeses such as Beaufort or Salers.

Produced using organic and biodynamic farming methods, it is carefully crafted, from manual harvesting to aging in oak barrels, allowing its structure to be refined and a beautiful aromatic complexity to be developed.

Chêne Bleu Abélard is a wine of character, offering a good aging potential and an intense and refined tasting experience.
