Aliot Blue Oak

Chêne Bleu Aliot is an elegant and complex white wine, made from a subtle blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier. Produced in the hills of the Vaucluse region, within the majestic setting of the Dentelles de Montmirail, this wine exemplifies the excellence of Domaine Chêne Bleu.

Its brilliant golden color heralds a beautiful maturity. The nose is expressive, revealing floral aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle, as well as fruity notes of white peach, pear, and citrus. On the palate, the attack is silky, marked by a lovely roundness and a full texture. The balance between freshness and richness is remarkable, with a long finish with subtle hints of honey and minerality.

This wine pairs wonderfully with pan-fried scallops on a bed of leek cream, a fillet of turbot with beurre blanc sauce, a chicken supreme with morels, or mature cheeses such as Comté or Beaufort.

Grown using organic and biodynamic farming methods, this wine comes from a high-altitude vineyard benefiting from a natural coolness that preserves the aromatic intensity of the grape varieties. Vinification is carried out with indigenous yeasts, and aging takes place partially in oak barrels, imparting a beautiful structure and added complexity to the wine.
