Blue Oak Astralabe

Chêne Bleu Astralabe is a harmonious and expressive red wine, made from a blend of Grenache Noir and Syrah. Produced in the highlands of the Vaucluse, it reflects the richness of the high-altitude terroirs and the expertise of Domaine Chêne Bleu.

Its intense ruby ​​color with purplish highlights heralds a rich and structured wine. The nose opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, black cherry, and raspberry, complemented by notes of sweet spices, garrigue, and black pepper. On the palate, the attack is supple and silky, evolving into a beautiful depth with fine tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is elegant, marked by a subtle mineral touch and hints of cocoa.

This wine pairs perfectly with a veal chop with herbs, a lamb tagine with spices, a Provençal ratatouille or a platter of mature cheeses.
