Chêne Bleu Héloïse is an exceptional red wine, made from a precise blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Viognier. Produced in the hills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, it reflects the finesse and balance of great Southern wines.
Its deep, purple-tinged robe hints at a beautiful concentration. The nose reveals complex aromas of black fruits, blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by spicy, floral, and slightly smoky notes. On the palate, the attack is velvety, followed by an elegant and silky tannic structure. The long and persistent finish reveals a lovely freshness and nuances of cocoa and licorice.
This wine pairs perfectly with beef fillet with morels, duck breast with figs, leg of lamb roasted with herbs, or aged cheeses such as Saint-Nectaire or Cantal vieux.
Produced using organic and biodynamic viticulture, this wine is crafted with meticulous attention to the terroir and the expression of the grape varieties. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by careful vinification using indigenous yeasts. Aging in oak barrels adds complexity and a beautiful aromatic depth.
Chêne Bleu Héloïse is a wine meant for aging, combining power and finesse. It perfectly embodies the balance between tradition and innovation, offering a unique experience with every tasting.
