Christophe Pichon Condrieu

Domaine Christophe Pichon's Condrieu is a 100% Viognier white wine, grown on south-facing granite hillsides. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels for 11 months. This wine offers aromas of yellow fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple and mineral, with spicy touches. It is ideal with fish in sauce, white meats and mature cheeses.
