Christophe Pichon condrieu pur 100

The Condrieu "Pur 100" from Domaine Christophe Pichon is a 100% Viognier white wine, produced without the addition of sulfites. The vines, aged on average 35 years, are located in the "Chanson" area in the heart of the Condrieu appellation. After a manual harvest, the wine is aged for around 7 months in three-year-old oak barrels. It has a light yellow color with orange highlights. The nose offers intense aromas of peach, apricot, white flowers, verbena and mint. On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness, minerality and beautiful persistence, with a finish on citrus notes. This Condrieu is ideal with seafood, fish in sauce and mature cheeses.
