Christophe Pichon Condrieu Flowing rock

The Condrieu "Roche Coulante" from Domaine Christophe Pichon is a 100% Viognier white wine, from old vines located on granite soils. The manual harvest and fermentation with indigenous yeasts precede an 11-month aging in oak barrels and stainless steel vats. This wine has a bright pale yellow color. The nose offers delicate aromas of yellow fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is ample and supple, with a surprising minerality and spicy notes. This Condrieu is ideal with fish in sauce, white meats and mature cheeses.
