Christophe Pichon Cote-Rôtie Rozier

The Côte-Rôtie "Rozier" from Domaine Christophe Pichon is a red wine made mainly from Syrah, with a touch of Viognier. The vines, located on steep schist hillsides, benefit from a southwest exposure. After a manual harvest, the wine is aged for 13 months, mainly in new barrels. The result is a structured and elegant wine, with aromas of strawberry, spices and pepper, offering a perfect balance and a beautiful length in the mouth. This wine is ideal with red meats and dishes in sauce.
