The Côte-Rôtie "La Comtesse en Côte Blonde" by Christophe Pichon is a 100% Syrah red wine, from vines over 70 years old. Grown on south-facing hillsides, they benefit from granite and schist soils that bring finesse and elegance. This wine, aged for 18 months in oak barrels, offers aromas of black fruits, spices and flowers. On the palate, it is powerful, with silky tannins and a long finish. Perfect with red meats, game and dishes in sauce.
