Christophe Pichon Mosaic

The "Mosaïque" vintage from Domaine Christophe Pichon is a 100% Syrah red wine, from plots located on the left bank of the Rhône, on schist soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, then the wine is aged for 12 months in one to two-wine barrels. This wine has a deep ruby ​​color. The nose reveals powerful aromas of small black fruits, such as blackcurrant and wild blackberry. On the palate, it offers an elegant structure, with a rich aromatic palette and a long finish with spicy notes. This wine is ideal with red meats, game and dishes in sauce.
