Cibelle from Domaine de Mirmanda is a generous and supple IGP Côtes Catalanes red wine, born on the sunny clay-limestone soils of Roussillon. Made from an original blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Carignan, complemented by a touch of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Chardonnay, this wine seduces with its suppleness and aromatic intensity. The nose opens with aromas of juicy cherry, blackcurrant, and light vanilla. On the palate, the wine is luscious and fluid, marked by silky tannins, fresh red fruit flavors, and a lovely roundness. The Syrah, aged for six months in oak barrels, brings a subtle and elegant touch of oak. Short vinification and light filtration preserve all the freshness of the fruit. A delightful wine, perfect with a barbecue, duck breast, beef tartare, or roasted tuna steak. Serve between 14 and 16°C. Storage potential: 5 years.
