Born from the collaboration of Étienne de Montille, Brian Sieve, and Justin Willett, this wine combines Burgundian precision with Californian vibrancy. The nose opens with aromas of lemon, green apple, white flowers, and chalk. On the palate, the texture is crisp and crystalline, with flavors of citrus zest, pear, hazelnut, and a very pure mineral backbone. The finish is long, vibrant, and elegant.
