Rocs Sancto Lupo Estate

Domaine des Rocs Sancto Lupo is an organic red wine from the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, located north of Montpellier. Made mainly from Syrah (60%) and Grenache (40%), this wine has an intense purple color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe red fruits, scrubland and pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with silky tannins and a nice length. This wine goes perfectly with lamb dishes, pan-fried porcini mushrooms or beef ribs.
