Domaine Vincey Interlude is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne of exceptional purity, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in old Grand Cru vineyards on the Côte des Blancs. Made without compromise, this Champagne is aged in oak barrels, unfiltered and unfined, and bottled as Extra Brut to perfectly express the tension and minerality of the terroir. The nose reveals delicate aromas of ripe lemon, chalk, fresh hazelnut, and white flowers.
