Domaine Vincey Oger is an intense and elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards on the chalky terroir of Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Vinified in oak barrels, without filtration or fining, and bottled as Extra Brut, this Champagne reveals with purity the saline and vibrant character of this high-altitude village. The nose opens with aromas of fresh lemon, chalk, green apple, and white flowers. On the palate, the texture is precise and dynamic, with flavors of zesty citrus, hazelnut, toast, and a vibrant minerality. The finish is long, crystalline, and remarkably precise.
