Drémont-Marroy Le Guinguet 2022

Drémont-Marroy Le Guinguet 2022 is an organic Coteaux Champenois white wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from the "Le Dessous du Bois Marie" plot, located in Crouttes-sur-Marne, on a limestone subsoil covered with sandy loam.

Vinification and twelve-month aging are carried out in a single 400-liter demi-muid, on fine lees and without bâtonnage. The nose reveals fresh fruit, white flowers, and delicate notes of noble wood. On the palate, the Pinot Noir is rich and crisp, with flavors of blackcurrant, pear, vanilla, and a beautiful liveliness.

Produced in a limited run of only 500 bottles, this micro-cuvée revives the tradition of still wines once served in Parisian guinguettes.
