Leon Fontchene white

Fontchêne Léon Blanc is an organic white wine from the Alpilles, produced by René Milan at Domaine Fontchêne. Made from a blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, and Chardonnay, it captivates with its Mediterranean profile, which is at once round, fresh, and expressive. The nose opens with aromas of yellow fruits, white flowers, light honey, and acacia. On the palate, the texture is full and unctuous, with a beautiful freshness that balances the richness of the wine. The finish is long, elegant, and slightly mineral. A refined Southern white, perfect as an aperitif, with fish, poultry, or Mediterranean cuisine.
