Fu-ki Junmai Sake

Fu-Ki Junmai Sake is a traditional Japanese sake made from 70% polished Japanese rice and pure spring water. Fermented at a low temperature and without added distilled alcohol, it is brewed at the foot of the Japanese Southern Alps.

Its color is crystalline and brilliant. The nose reveals delicate notes of cooked rice, cereals, white flowers, and a slight milky nuance. The palate is soft, round, and balanced, with a supple texture and a subtly floral expression. The finish, clean and elegant, unveils a pleasant umami touch.

Versatile, Fu-Ki Junmai Sake can be served chilled, at room temperature, or slightly warm, depending on preferences and desired pairings.
