Fu-ki Plum

Fu-Ki Plum is a Japanese plum wine that has been produced for over 120 years. Its name literally means "rich and noble." It is made from a dry white wine combined with plum liqueur and hand-picked Japanese green plums harvested in early June.

Its clear color reveals a delicately syrupy texture. The nose unveils sweet and fruity aromas of ripe plum. The palate is round and rich, with a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity, complemented by an elegant hint of stone fruits. The finish is long, fruity, and lingering.

Produced and bottled in Japan by Godo Shusei, Fu-Ki Plum is best enjoyed chilled, neat in a wine glass, or on the rocks.
