Fu-Ki Mandarin Sake

Fu-Ki Sake Mandarine is a Japanese drink made from Junmai sake and concentrated Unshu Mikan mandarin juice from Wakayama. The rice used for the sake is polished to 70%, then fermented at a low temperature to preserve its delicacy and aromatic freshness.

Its slightly golden color has subtle coppery highlights. The nose reveals aromas of fresh mandarin, orange zest, and delicate flowers. On the palate, the soft and silky texture is accompanied by generous flavors of ripe citrus. The finish remains fruity, fresh, and pleasantly persistent.
