Fu-ki Sake Yuzu

Fu-Ki Sake Yuzu combines traditional Junmai sake with pressed and concentrated Japanese yuzu juice. Made from the same base as Fu-Ki Junmai, with 70% polished rice and low-temperature fermentation, it offers a fresh and fruity interpretation of Japanese sake.

Its appearance is clear and lightly golden. The nose expresses fresh yuzu peel, citrus zests, and a delicate floral touch. The palate is light and tangy, marked by pressed yuzu, candied lemon, and a smooth texture. The finish remains refreshing, lively, and subtly persistent.

Fu-Ki Sake Yuzu is best enjoyed very chilled, neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of sparkling water.
