Founded in 1962, this distillery is renowned for its eaux-de-vie and has diversified into whisky production since 2011. This particular whisky underwent an initial maturation of four years in Burgundy and Sauternes wine casks, followed by a finishing period in casks that previously held cherries macerated in eau-de-vie for eight months, imparting a distinctive fruity touch to its aromatic profile.

Bottled at 54.3% ABV, this whisky has an amber color with brown highlights. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruits, reminiscent of jam, with vinous notes in the background. On the palate, the attack is powerful, marked by the presence of alcohol, followed by sweet cherry flavors that evolve into woody and spicy notes. The finish is long, leaving a slightly woody hazelnut impression.
