Hee Joy Spiced Rum

Hee Joy Spiced Rum is a blend of traditional rums from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and Guyana. Each origin contributes a particular dimension: Jamaican power, Trinidadian intensity, and the complexity of Guyanese rums.

The rums are aged for two to three years in their countries of origin, notably in bourbon and American oak barrels. The barrels are then transported to the Cognac region, where the rums are blended with natural spices and liquorice, before an additional three-month maturation in French oak.

The nose reveals ginger, candied fruits, liquorice, and honey. The palate is round and harmonious, marked by sugar cane, vanilla, anise, and sweet spices. The finish is long, rich, and delicately caramelised.
