Hubert Lamy Puligny-Montrachet The Trembles

The Puligny-Montrachet "Les Tremblots" from Domaine Hubert Lamy is a white wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety, grown on a 0.90 hectare plot planted in 1946 and 1970. Located on the southern border with Chassagne, at an altitude of 230 meters and with a slope of 3%, this plot benefits from an exceptional terroir. The wine presents aromas of white flowers, peach, orange zest and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is racy, with lively acidity, notes of bright citrus fruits and remarkable tension. The fruit is linear and tight, suggesting interesting aging potential. This Puligny-Montrachet is ideal with fish in sauce, shellfish and mature cheeses.
