The Juillet Nord, a gin from Houlle, offers an experience rich in cereal flavors. Distilled with the ingredients of traditional Juillet gin, this gin uses a mash composed of barley, rye and oats. Thanks to a quadruple distillation, it develops surprising and rare aromas in grain spirits. During the fourth distillation, a bouquet of aromatics is added, including fresh juniper harvested by hand in Picardy and aromatic plants from Provence, picked on the Château des Creissauds estate. The Juillet Nord is distinguished by its unique character and its complex and balanced notes.
