La Chapelle St. Theodoric is a unique wine project that exploits the prestigious terroirs of Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOP. With 3 hectares of vineyards located in the Guigasse and Pignan lieux-dits, this company is distinguished by its singular philosophy and approach. The Grenache Noir vines, some of which are over a hundred years old, are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics, demonstrating a deep respect for the land and the terroir. The team at Domaine de Christia ensures the winemaking, ensuring meticulous attention at every stage of the process. Since the first vintage harvested in 2009, La Chapelle St. Theodoric has distinguished itself by extremely low yields, reaching only around 14 hl/ha, which is a testament to its commitment to quality and the authentic expression of the terroir.
