The Just Justices 2024

Juste 2024 is an organic Saumur blanc crafted exclusively from Chenin. The grapes are sourced from several limestone terroirs in the Saumur region: white chalk, chalky-clay soils, and lacustrine limestone.

Harvested by hand in small crates, the grapes are pressed directly and then vinified in vats with minimal intervention. Bottling in the spring following the harvest helps preserve all the freshness and aromatic purity of the Chenin.

The nose reveals green apple, pear, lemon, and white flowers, accompanied by smoky and chalky nuances. The palate is straight, tense, and mineral, with delicate texture and a saline finish featuring candied lemon. A precise and refreshing white, as comfortable as an aperitif as it is with fish or seafood.
