Les Justices La Bamboche 2024

La Bamboche 2024 is an organic Saumur-Champigny produced by Sophie Kurdziel and Clément Maire from Cabernet Franc. This cuvée brings together several plots located on the Côte and Vallée terroirs of Saumur.

The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and then vinified separately by plot. A gentle 15- to 20-day infusion extracts the fruit without toughening the tannins. After a short aging period in tanks, the various wines are blended and bottled in the spring.

The nose reveals cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and violet, accompanied by a light peppery touch. The palate is supple, fresh, and juicy, with fine tannins and a very easy-drinking finish. A convivial Cabernet Franc, ideal for aperitifs, grilled meats, or meals with friends.
