Les Justices La Guerrière 2023

La Guerrière 2023 is an original organic white wine produced by the Les Justices estate. Its blend mainly combines Chenin and Chardonnay, complemented by small proportions of Cabernet Franc and Grolleau Gris.

A portion of the grapes comes from a small co-planted plot located in Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne. The grapes are harvested slightly under-ripe to maintain good tension, then pressed directly without maceration. Vinification and nine months of aging are split between tanks, demi-muids, and barrels.

The nose combines yellow apple, pear, citrus fruits, and white flowers with notes of fresh butter, hazelnut, and gunflint. The palate is ample and textured, yet maintains great energy. The finish is long, chalky, and slightly saline.
