Louis Michel & Sons Butteaux

The Chablis Premier Cru "Butteaux" from Domaine Louis Michel & Fils is a white wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety, grown on Kimmeridgian soils typical of the region. The vines, approximately 60 years old, give the wine a notable complexity. On the nose, it presents aromas of caramelized baked apple, toasted notes, as well as sensations of damp stone and undergrowth. On the palate, the wine is vibrant, full and complex, with an excellent core of fruit, lively acids, beautiful concentration and a long and balanced finish.
