Slate Quarry House White Silica

Maison des Ardoisières Silice Blanc is a pure and vibrant white wine from Savoie, originating from the steep slopes of the Bauges Mountains. This wine is made from a blend of Jacquère and Roussanne, two emblematic grape varieties of the region, cultivated biodynamically on mica schist and slate soils. The nose is expressive, with aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and wet stone. On the palate, the texture is taut and saline, with a lovely natural freshness, lemony notes, and a persistent, mineral finish.
