Octomore 15.2 is a single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Bruichladdich distillery, located on the Isle of Islay. The nose opens with notes of dark fruit, leather, chocolate, and sweet spices, mingled with a present but well-integrated peat. On the palate, the attack is powerful and rich, marked by flavors of dried fruit, precious woods, ashy smoke, and bitter cocoa. The finish is long and complex, with a beautiful persistence of peat, raisin, and woody warmth.
